Hi Andy!
I wanted to let you and Sally know what a huge blessing your book Living as United Methodist Christians has been to our church. We transformed our membership orientation from a 2-hour meeting to a 6-week Sunday school class. The potential new members loved learning more about the church, getting to know one another and the church members who led the sessions, and a few of them said that they wished the class lasted longer than 6 weeks! Thanks for providing such a great resource. This is how the church reclaims its heritage and renews its purpose for our time – one church, one class at a time until we are all strangely warmed!
